It’s that time of year again! We’ve got Santa on his way, Gingerbread Houses being delivered to the Salem Museum, wood being delivered for the Marshmallow Roast, cookies baking for decorating, and lots of holiday entertainment!

All that’s missing is You!

The festival will be held in Longwood Park on December 7th from 10 AM to 4 PM.

Food Truck & Vendor Registration

Please use this form if you are vendor of food, drinks, and other products and services.
Please include links to your website or social media pages.
Each Vendor will receive a 10' x 10' space. We will do our best to provide electricity if needed. Vendors are responsible to bring tent, table, and chairs. Approximately ten days prior to the event, you will be emailed set-up instructions. You must check in prior to unloading. NOTE: The Gingerbread Festival is a "rain or shine" event and NO refunds will be given.
If you have less than 6 employees in the Roanoke Valley, you can become a chamber member for only $185 annual fee. You'll save $25 today and receive: Member rate to participate in future events and a complimentary booth in our Annual Showcase in January 2024. Chamber members enjoy the benefit of networking, marketing, professional development and volunteer opportunities in addition to other benefits.

Payment Information

We'll email a confirmation and invoice to the email address listed above within 72 hours. Direct sales and chain businesses will be limited to 1 booth per brand name and should be paid promptly to secure your spot. All others, payment is due by November 1st, 2024

If you are unable to attend and wish to sell your space, the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber must approve any replacement vendor.
