Become a Vendor at the 2026 Gingerbread Festival! 🎄

We’re excited to welcome vendors and food trucks to this year’s Gingerbread Festival—a beloved holiday tradition filled with fun, shopping, and community spirit!

If you’d like to showcase your business, sell your products, or serve up delicious food and drinks, we’d love to have you join us. Please complete the application form below to reserve your space.

Space is limited, and spots fill quickly—so don’t wait!
Once your application is received, we’ll review it and follow up with details and payment information.

Food Truck & Vendor Registration

Please use this form if you are vendor of food, drinks, and other products and services.
Please include links to your website or social media pages.
Each Vendor will receive a 10' x 10' space. We will do our best to provide electricity if needed. Vendors are responsible to bring tent, table, and chairs. Approximately ten days prior to the event, you will be emailed set-up instructions. You must check in prior to unloading. NOTE: The Gingerbread Festival is a "rain or shine" event and NO refunds will be given.
If you have less than 6 employees in the Roanoke Valley, you can become a chamber member for only $205 annual fee. You'll save $25 today and receive: Member rate to participate in future events and a complimentary booth in our Annual Showcase in January 2025. Chamber members enjoy the benefit of networking, marketing, professional development and volunteer opportunities in addition to other benefits.

If you are unable to attend and wish to transfer your space, the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber must approve any replacement vendor. You also agree that this is a Rain or Shine Event and no refunds will be given.
