Kegs and Barrels Artist & Crafter Vendor Form

Please use this form if you are an artist, crafter, boutique, or home-based business. If you are a commercial vendor such as a service provider or home improvement company, please refer to the Commercial Vendor form.
Please include links to your website or social media pages.
Each Vendor will receive a 10' x 10' space, power is not provided. Vendors are responsible to bring tent, table, and chairs. Approximately ten days prior to the event, you will be emailed set-up instructions.
This fee is in addition to the vendor fee.
Become a chamber member for only $185 annual fee. You'll save $50 today and receive: Member rate to participate in future events such as Gingerbread Festival in December and a complimentary booth in our Annual Showcase in January 2021. Chamber members enjoy the benefit of networking, marketing and volunteer opportunities.

Payment Information

We'll email a conformation and invoice to the address listed above within 72 hours. Direct sales and chain businesses will be limited to 1 booth per brand name and should be paid promptly to secure your spot. All others, payment is due by August 15th.

By typing your name above, you are agreeing to: Payment of your invoice by August 15th, 2020. No cancellations, refunds or selling of spaces. If you are unable to attend and wish to sell your space, the Salem-Roanoke County Chamber must approve any replacement vendor. You also agree that this is a Rain or Shine Event and no refunds will be given, unless due to COVID-19.
